She may look like a Creamsicle corn snake, but this Amel Buf is genetically very different.  Because she is a Buf homozygote (in addition to Amel) breeding her to ANY corn snake will yield approximately 50% Buf progeny.  If you breed her to an Amel of any kind, all of the babies will be Amels, about half of which will also be Buf.  Her $175.00 USD price includes

If you have been waiting for the perfect genotype to make Scaleless Striped Butter Corns, look no further.  Not just another pretty snake, this 30″ 2013 female corn is het for Scaleless and Striped Butter.  Her $3,000.00 usd price includes  Just try to envision an insanely yellow corn snake without the color obstruction of scales?  OR a Scaleless Striped Amel or Caramel (byproducts of pairing this snake with another like it).  Of course, if you already have a Scaleless corn, breeding him to this female will yield some Scaleless mutants, regardless of what other color and pattern genes are in your Scaleless corn.  Read below . . .

2013 Cayenne Fire from our new line (combination of SMR Cayenne and a line from a South African corn snake breeder).  Without a doubt the reddest corn snakes I’ve ever seen.  The thought of a Scaleless version of this new line is very exciting, not to mention Striped and Motley versions.  Dare I envision a p/s version from this line?  Bonus Pic . . .

Some call them wide-striped corns, but I don’t like to use that term since it may suggest the  misconception that they are some form of Striped mutant.  In fact, their looks derive from polygenetics instead of gene mutation.  Of course the respective colors of these Amel and Charcoal Zagtecs are due to color gene mutations.  Bonus Pics . . .

2012 and 2014 Lavender Tesseras.  We only hatched three this year (all males) and they all have as much or more broken dorsal striping as this hatchling exhibits.  When mature, the 2014s will likely be nearly as pale as this adult that was produced by Terri Bienkowski two years ago.  Thanks, Terri.  This small adult has never bred so it is not a parent of the hatchling.  Bonus Pic . . .

Like her sister featured on S.O.T.D. three DAYs ago, this 2014 female aberrant Buf Tessera Corn snake has a lot to offer corn snake breeders.  Because both of her obvious mutations (Buf and Tessera) are dominant to wild-type, both can be demonstrated in the first generation progeny of breeding this Corn to any other Corn.  No waiting two generations to see target product.  Her $425.00 price includes   She is also 50% possibly het Amel.
