HAPPY NEW YEAR’S EVE
WOW, Brad, you sure can cook??? Thanks for this sibling pair of 2017 hatchlings I got from you this past ThursDAY; eXtreme Reverse Okeetee and eXtreme Ultramel Okeetee. The eXtreme Ultramel Okeetee is surely about as close to looking albino as one can get. I can’t wait to see the colors when mature.

Thank you, Darren Bennett (DGB Geckos in Scotland) for making it possible for me to own some of these gems that you discovered and reproduced. I’ll be featuring pictures of more of them in the following weeks, months, years. I can’t wait to add this pattern mutation to the others of this species.

Thank you. Andreas Bacchi for sending these beautiful 2017 Pied-sided Bloodred Motleys. Like all Bloodreds, they don’t show much color at this age, but in the coming months, the neonatal colors will be slowly replaced by vibrant reds. Bloodred and Motley mutations are known for enhancing colors, so I’m excited to see a synergistic exaggeration of colors in these snakes that are homozygotes for Bloodred, Motley AND Pied-sided.

Thank you, Darren Bennett (DGB Geckos in Scotland) for this awesome sub-adult aXanthic (highly reduced yellow mutant) Trans-pecos Ratsnake (Bogertophis subocularis) that is 66.6% possibly het Stripe.

16″ 2017 female Saffron Motley (Sunkissed Butter Motley)

This 2016 male Amel Tessera corn snake is currently 29″ long, eating frozen/thawed hopper mice. He is 66.6% possibly-het Scaleless, since both of his parents were het for Scaleless.
Ps, the colors suggest that it is het for Caramel (therefore, het Butter) but I cannot guarantee that.
