2013 Visual-Het for Leucistic Gray-banded Kingsnake (Lampropeltis alterna).  As detailed in previous SOTD and daily SMR FaceBook features, this Grayband demonstrates a Hypo-esque look that is common in snakes that are het for Leucism.  The inheritance of most Leucistic serpents is dominant to wild-type (not recessive) and therefore most F1 out-crossed progeny (hets) have a hypomelanistic phenotype.    S . . .
