Yummmmmy brain candy, huh? Thank you, Catherine Turley, for the beautiful 2014 Sunrise Amel Striped Motleys. Don’t we all wish they would not change colors with maturity, but the Sunrise mutation always dramatically alters colors from the DAY they hatch as early as mere weeks of age. A few weeks thereafter, the reds in this snake will intensify, rendering a deeply red/orange Amel Striped Motley. Ryan and I still pray for the DAY one will hold baby color.
