No, not bi-cephalic (NOT 2-headed). Just a double-occupancy egg shell with two sibling Reverse Okeetees. Yes, there’s nothing altered about their head markings, but the albumin (egg white) in the egg acts as a magnifier, making their colors POP. Both were very beautiful after their post-emergence sheds, but colors were not quite as vibrant as they appear in this pic, while covered with clear and viscous albumin.
