SMR will not be shipping ANY packages this week (01-01-18—01-05-18), largely because the transit point where all packages spend the night–the Memphis, TN sort facility–is dangerously cold for snakes. Not inherently dangerous–since we use heat packs–but because of the potential for flight delays that are related to inclement weather conditions? We’ll watch weather forecasts for next week, and expressly contact customers who are waiting for their orders, regarding the status of respective delivery dates.
